Tease Studio is conveniently located in downtown Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood between 10th & 11th on Bannock. It is Colorado’s leading studio in adult fitness-based pole fitness & dance classes.
At 5000 sq feet of total girl space spanning over 2 floors of flirty fitness, Tease Studio boasts the most chic venue to get your workout ON. You’ll enter into the reception and retail area, where you will be greeted by our reception team and will check in for classes.
Our retail boutique features “Body By Tease” dance apparel, “Mika” yoga wear, “Bad Kitty” dance apparel, “Pleaser” shoes and “Be Envy” tan enhancer products.
Pictures of clients from our past showcases grace our staple plum-toned walls throughout our studio space. The chic waiting areas in each studio space are stocked with all of your fav girly magazines, comfy seating and bins for client belongings, all in contemporary burlesque style.
Our downstairs locker room includes two showers – and we provide hot pink towels to dry off with. All studio locker and powder rooms are stocked with delicious body sprays and pink hair tools, complimentary for client use.
Both the downstairs “dance fit” studio and the upstairs “pole fit” studio boast beautiful wooden floors, custom designed boutique-style mirrors, ample lighting and state of the art sound systems. Complimentary yoga mats are provided for in-studio use. The pole fit studio space features 9 spin and static “xpert” Xpoles.

Tease Studio was created in August of 2007, the dream of an ex-ballet dancer wanting to offer the women of Denver a fun way to love fitness and feel more confident about themselves than ever…Tease Studio is now the workout addiction for thousands of women throughout the Denver area. Team Tease remains progressive with their knowledge of the fitness industry as well as the classes it offers for its clients. There are roughly 65 classes a week consistently on the schedule and more added every month. Team Tease makes it easy for its clientele to take class – no workshops or series of classes are required, you can choose the schedule that works best for you.
